GALFERDEXIGN has a 14-day return policy from the delivery of your order to return it to our Returns Center for a refund or exchange. Any return claim must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the product(s). A prerequisite for exercising your right of return is that the products have only been tested for viewing or testing and that they are returned in their original state, including bubble wrapping.

GALFERDEXIGN reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the conditions of the galferdexign Return Policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and the refunded amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method, within 3-5 business hours. You will receive a full refund less shipping cost.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you will vary.
Use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number and insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
